Hari Hari Hari Lokeshvara (Skt. Hariharihari-vāhana-Lokeśvara) is a form of Avalokiteshvara in which the bodhisattva sits on the shoulders of Vishnu, who rides his mount Garuda, who is carried by a lion.[1] Avalokitesvara has six arms.[1]

The three Haris (Vishnu, Garuda, and the lion) serve as three great vehicles (towards awakening), and Avalokitesvara is above all of them, symbolizing that his Way to the Ultimate Awakenment is superior to all the others.[2]
