Four Jigmes

Jikme Lingpa and the Four Jikmes

The Four Jikmés were Jigme Lingpa's foremost disciples:

1. Dodrupchen Jikmé Trinlé Özer of Golok
2. Jikmé Gyalwé Nyugu of Dzachukha
3. Jikmé Ngotsar of Dzachukha
4. Lopön Jikmé Küntröl, or Jikmé Kundrol Namgyal of Bhutan

There is an alternative list which lists the 'four Jigmes from Kham', where Jikmé Kundrol Namgyal of Bhutan is exchanged with Jikme Gocha:

1. Dodrupchen Jikmé Trinlé Özer of Golok
2. Jikmé Gyalwé Nyugu of Dzachukha
3. Jikmé Ngotsar of Dzachukha
4. Jikme Gocha
